2010-11 (Sophomore): Contributed to an indoor national championship in a relay and achieved individual All-America honors outdoors during a banner second season with the Raiders…ran the opening leg of the indoor DMR squad that won SU’s first and only national championship in a relay event…contributed to the indoor school record in the DMR at the Penn State National Invitational…earned outdoor All-America honors in the 1,500 meters with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA championships…won a PSAC indoor championship in the mile and a PSAC outdoor championship in the 1,500 meters…both 1,500-meter races were held in heavy rain…placed seventh in the 800 meters at the PSAC outdoor meet…established new PRs across the board during the season…recorded his NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the outdoor 1,500 meters under the lights at the Larry Ellis Invitational from Princeton…his PSAC indoor championship in the mile was also a NCAA provisional mark…finished 10th in the indoor 5K with a PR at the New Balance Games.
2009-10 (Freshman): Wasted no time becoming a scoring performer for the Raiders in his debut season…finished second with the distance medley relay squad at the PSAC indoor meet…earned All-PSAC honors with a third-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC outdoor meet…crossed the line in seventh place in the 5K at the PSAC outdoor meet…set the outdoor school record in the 3K…contributed to the DMR squad that set a school record.
Parkland High School: Earned eight letters with the Trojans under head coaches Loretta Dodson and Doug Finley…named a cross country All Star as a sophomore, junior and senior…was the District XI Champion in cross country as a senior and medaled at the PIAA meet…earned medals from the PIAA in the 3,200 meters as a junior and a senior after winning the District XI championships for the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a junior and a senior.
