2009 (R-Freshman): Burst onto the scene in first season of action to pace the Red Raiders in every offensive statistical category…exploits landed him All-PSAC East honors as a forward…played in all 18 games and started in all but one…finished the season as team leader in goals (four) and points (nine) including one assist…seven points tied him for ninth in the PSAC during conference play…tied for 10th in the PSAC for points per game with 0.88 in conference games…unleashed 32 shots including 15 shots on goal…three goals during conference action tied for seventh-best total in the PSAC…knocked home the game-winning goal in the 21st minute of Shippensburg’s road win at Shepherd…scored twice against Bloomsburg …had a season-high seven shots in a game against the Huskies…netted what was then the equalizing goal in the season finale against Millersville.

2008 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Gettysburg High School: Netted 30 goals during career with the Warriors and was named Defensive Player of the Year following the senior campaign…named an all-star on two separate occasions under coach Chad Wright…also played football and was a running back and linebacker…also played for Scott Hancock and Gettysburg SC’s U-19 team…team ranked third among Pennsylvania U-19 teams…selected for a U-17 Haitian World Cup squad.

Personal: Full name is Michael Celius…is the son of Jonas and Miriam Celius…is one of four siblings with sisters Nicole and Yuette and brother Jonathan…majoring in criminal justice…minoring in French.
