was named the PSAC Eastern Division Player of the Week by conference officials on Tuesday afternoon after scoring 10 goals to lead her team to a 2-1 record.
Kuntzmann converted on all of her scoring opportunities, scoring 10 goals on 10 shots in three contests last week. She scored a career-high six goals, including the game-winning goal, in Shippensburg's 13-11 home win over Bloomsburg. She also won five draw controls, picked up two groundballs and caused one turnover in the win over the Huskies.
The senior then tallied four goals, a season-high eight groundballs and five caused turnovers in the Lady Raiders' 17-12 loss to East Stroudsburg Saturday afternoon.
Kuntzmann caused nine turnovers, recorded 14 ground balls and won seven draw controls for the week. She has 21 goals, 28 groundballs, 17 draw controls and 25 caused turnovers this season.
Kuntzmann and her Lady Raider teammates are back in action at Edinboro on Saturday. The match will begin at 1 p.m.
