Before Shippensburg: Posted a .533 batting average during his senior year with three home runs, eight doubles and three triples… finished his high school career by earning three letters while under the direction of head coach Dave Wimer… his team won the Lancaster-Lebanon League title as well as a district championship during his junior season… named to the East team of the PA Legion All-Star Game in 2008… also competed for club team PA Select under head coach Randy Gibson… was a member of the basketball team in high school.
