STARKVILLE, Ms. - Three members of the Shippensburg University softball team were designated as National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Scholar Athletes by achieving a minimum grade-point average during the 2009-10 academic year.

Jenn Deardorff. Shippensburg has now had six athletes recognized as NFCA Scholar Athletes over the last three academic years.
