SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg head women's soccer coach Rob Fulton has confirmed the recruitment of 14 new student-athletes that have each agreed to attend the university and will suit up for the Lady Raider program when preseason camp gets underway in August.

Fulton has put together a very large class that is designed to help offset the loss of seven integral seniors, including starters at every position and two All-PSAC performers.

"The 2010 recruiting class is very athletic and contains many players who will provide good pace and speed to our lineup," Fulton said. "The incoming recruiting class contains some proven goal scorers, distributing central midfield players and some defenders who have the potential to make an immediate impact."

"Overall, I think we were able to add some hard working players who are excited to make an impact with Shippensburg," Fulton said. "I am looking forward to the potential of what this recruiting class can add to our program."
