Rebekah Newhart broke a 12-year-old school record in the pentathlon on Friday night from the Bucknell Open & Multi, totaling 3,200 points to break the previous mark set by Jen Hamilton in 1998. The performance is the best to date this season in the PSAC.
SU began two-day competition from Bucknell on Friday. The second day of competition at the Bucknell Open and Multi begins at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow.
